[IRCA] Chattanooga TN Area Format Changes

This might be old news but WUUS 980 has adopted WOGT FM 107.9's Oldies 
format and ID's as "GT 98". They sound like they are running on day power 
of 500 watts as it's much stronger than before.
WOGT 107.9 has changed from their previous Oldies format to modern country. 
They ID as "107.9 The Duke".  Not sure if call letters have changed as I 
have yet to hear an actual call letter ID on either station.
