I was trying to tune in this morning (0500PDT) just to hear KXEX's different format and got KYCY instead coming in at S9+30(+). They actually went by KYOU radio at the ToH, with the KYCY after another song. I'm sure I missed previous notes on this, but it sure caught me off guard. It sure is pounding in. ?? They are playing a wide range of music. Really cant explain the format.  See: www.kyouradio.com
