With all the sports gone (except for St. Louis University basketball;
they're switching from Conference USA to the Atlantic 10), KMOX would be a
logical choice to flip to all-news. KMOX's ratings are half of what they were 20
years ago, and since KMOX management doesn't seem to care much about St. Louis
anymore, this is a possibility that the rumor mill would more than likely
exploit. It remains to be seen if KMOX does drop the talk portion of their
format, however.
