[IRCA] LOG KEEPING

I use a Mac G4 and FileMaker Pro 7. This software can read Excel but
I am not sure the reverse is true.
The first page is just a vertical listing of the fields. I make all
the entries here. I can then create any number and type of columnar
reports from that. The fields are:
Date Heard
Time Heard
Local heard #
Local report #
Local verified #
Call
Frequency
Power
Continent
Country
State/province
City
Date of verie
Type (of verie)
Verie signer
Total reported
Distance
My coordinates (12225w 4719n)
Station coordinates (actual transmitter sites since 1997)
Miscellaneous
This log contains only the stations I have either reported or from
which I have taped IDs. I have DXed from many locations; the local
report prefix (TW in the case of Tacoma) identifies the location.
Those of you who have been around a while probably recall that I used
Apple ///s before I started getting Macs with Filemaker Pro. I could
not find anyone who could figure out how to transfer the data (Paul
S. tried valiantly) so I had to retype everything. Arrgh. I have run
across someone recently who said he might be able to do it. I hope so
because I do not plan on retyping 3000 beacon entries.
