Don't know if there are many utility DXers on the
list.
Received a prepared card from NMQ USCG Los
Angeles-Long Beach for their National Weather Service Marine Weather Forecast on
2670 USB. First new Utility station verified since 1976!
Note from v/s T.L. Hilf, "radioman and sender of
last USCG morse code message 31 March 1995." Interesting piece of
history.
