Not a factor during the summer when sign-offs are late anyway, but  
during the rest of the year, they do seem to have their own novel  
interpretation of when sign-offs are supposed to be. I have often  
heard them on as late as 9 or 10pm PLT frequently during the winter,  
most often, seemingly, on Friday nights, and not with sports. 1110 is  
an interesting allocation to begin with since KPTK with 50kw is on 1090.
