You are right with that statement! hi.
I presume the "slop" you mentioned, you are referring to the IBOC hash?
If you can null or phase the IBOC hash, the splatter from the IBOC
stations do not seem to be as bad. KEX used to splatter with its "hi fi"
sound, now they don't. Phase the hash and no splatter at all. But
getting around the hash is harder to do in some cases.
