There is no timetable from the FCC to eliminate hybrid mode. Bob was just
taking a guess, as indicated by the question marks after the number.

Bob,

That is the first I have heard the hybrid mode on IBOC will be gone. I
did not know that. So in 10 years all IBOC all the time.  Now that is
interesting. I wonder how DXing IBOC will be? But I still have my
doubts....
