No thank goodness. The DXpeditions in South Australia are Crocodile free.
Because we'll be in winter, there shouldn't be any issues with snakes either
which will be a pleasant change.

Mind we'll be in tents in the middle of winter - we're expecting fairly
strong winds with rain and temperatures of 0oC up to 12oC maximum. On top of
that there's no power, running water or sewerage. The nearest town is only
22km away though.

Somehow we need to figure a way of DXing non-stop from 530pm/0800 UTC going
for Japan, then Philippines, then Indonesia, then India, then the Middle
East, then Europe & Africa through to 630am/2100 UTC with no sleep in
between, I'm getting tired just thinking about it!
