For what it;s worth... I've flown a lot (mostly on business, but 2
vacations) with my ICF-2010 and various antennas since 9/11 (including
coming back from Alaska on 9/11/2003). On my last trip, I actually
took the big Kiwa Loop with me, disassembled in my big suitcase. I
was rewarded with a "pre-flight massage" on the way up and a TSA
baggage inspection on the way back (not the first time) but there were
no actual problems either way. I flew enough business trips over a
short period of time (2003-2004) that the TSA guys in San Diego
started recognizing the '2010...
