Isn't broadcasting IBOC at night on AM against FCC rules? I caught KFUO 850
keeping their IBOC on for 29 minutes after sunset (2030 CDT), when they should
have gone ANALOG ONLY at local sunset. In both cases, FCC rules have been
broken.
