[IRCA] New catch

750  KHWG  NV  Fallon 7/3 2350 PDT with full ID after c&w song.  Calls,
City of Location, 24 hours a day, studio location etc.  Bothered
severely by both KOAL-UT & KXL-OR but their 250 watts made it through
anyway.  Interesting what 250 watts can do (assuming they are not
cheating) these days.  Station rises up to readable level and then falls
down to almost oblivion.  Repeats this in about 15 minute segments.
This is pretty nearly impossible at sunrise/sunset thanks to KCBS and
their bloody IBOC QRN.
