[IRCA] Ka-Poof & gone

At 12 midnight straight up all 3 locals that were off popped back on
simultaneously.  The only ID I got was a partial on 960 of the Coast to
Coast station.....'Serving the High Desert' etc....So this must have
been KIXW in Apple Valley...If they really are using only 20 watts at
night it was pretty groovy tonight.

Don't know what connection KQKE has with the other two.  Must use the
same tower or something similar.

KATD again is much much decreased in their nighttime strength.  Either
they are on low power or they are using the site in Sacramento County.

Well it was fun for awhile.  Had really nice signals on all three
frequencies + adjacent frequencies were QRM less for a change.
