They have applied to move their transmitter site to 1.5 miles southeast of 
Keifer Blvd. and County Line Road in Wilton, which is in Sacramento County. 
They would increase to 10 KW days and remain 5 KW nights but the city of 
license will still be Pittsburg. See:
