Hi Bill,

There is no way of doing it with the Spec Lab, but I could have gotten a
lot closer with the R 8 going down to 10 hz. I just did not check that
close. I was trying to get the audio above the threshold more. 
But unless there is some other Latin on 1710, it was probably Argentina.
I have logged 3 others. All three of those were not too bad in signal,
but deep fades. This one last night was in for a few minutes and then
gone. The only thing I heard the rest of the evening was a very weak
carrier at times. Then it was gone too.
