[IRCA] More on WDC IBOC -- 1500 etc.

Gents:

Disregard my request for IBOC audio splatter.  Found it in the flesh 
this afternoon from WTOP.

Reported it to them and my note was forwarded to their chief engineer.  
Also notified WTRI/1520 whom they were beating up.

Let's see what happens.
