[IRCA] New Highway Advisory Radio - Oregon

         A new HAR should now be on the air along I-105, between the I-5 
interchange and Springfield (possibly beyond).

         Frequency is 1660 kHz, and the station will be operated by the 
Oregon Department of Transportation. Call sign is unknown.
