Yes it would...and the sidebands will also cause interference to FM Stereo
pilot tones on 98.3 and 99.1 as well. Five FM stations in St. Louis are IBOC;
the ones who interfere the most are KSD 93.7 and KATZ-FM 100.3 (wiping out my
reception of KDJR 100.1 De Soto, MO, also forcing a relay on 101.5 in Fort
Bellefontaine, MO off the air).
Bill, the first, second and third adjacent channels are afforded protection
from IBOC interference no matter what. WCBW is a third adjacent...so they are
supposed to be protected from KFUO's illegal interference. WCKY 1530 cannot go
IBOC because of a station on 1520 near Indianapolis.
