Re: [IRCA] KWSA DEAD STATION LIST

KWSA 1070 was applied for and granted to William (Bill) Zawila.   A great guy.  He also owned the 1470 in Coalinga.   He later bought the  Altamont FM - then on 101.3 and moved it to 97.7 - to get rid of a site restriction to the far eastside of K-Falls.    He was going to use the KKFO calls on 1070 - but left the FCC assigned KWSA in place.   Mr. Zawila had used Dr. Stanley Soho as a consultant -- prior to Soho going to a womans State Prison for one year.   Bill agrred to sell the Klamath stations to Soho -- for $ 25,000.   Soho has never paid a dime --.
