[IRCA] Just sticking my nose in here...

...to ask if anyone has had a problem sending messages to this list...or if 
anyone uses the IRCA info page for [IRCA],  at 
http://dallas.hard-core-dx.com/mailman/listinfo/irca, to do any personal 
account maintenance or send me e-mail concerning a problem or suggestion? I 
haven't heard from anyone regarding this list for a while, but I've been 
getting a few messages redirected to me that the software says it thinks 
are "administrative" (i.e. the subject line is "help" or "unsubscribe" or 
something like that). Ideally, to modify your account or unsubscribe, users 
are supposed to go thru the web interface, and I used to hear about that 
when we moved [IRCA] to this server (a whole year ago!) but I haven't 
lately.  Anyone?
