Mike,

I remember very well when KISN was ordered off the air by the FCC in
1976. I have a tape somewhere of their last hour. Their last song played
was "She's Gone" by Hall and Oates. 
   I do not remember West Richland-1600 or Squim-1520 ever coming on the
air though.
