[IRCA] Total Recoder-Sunrise/Sunset

Did some advice from others who use software to do
unattended recordings. I'd like to start using Total
Recorder to record both sunrise and sunset periods...
but am not sure how much to record. 

For example, local sunset today is 19:23PM. Should
I record a period from say 19:20-19:45 or what? 

Most of my SR/SS DXing has been done at the dials,
so I'm not sure how how long the period really lasts. 
Any advice greatly appreciated.
