Wow.  KC's almost "caught" up to Portland prices. :P  ($2.25 on the MO 
side, usually the cheaper side of the state line).    To think it was 
80 -cents- a gallon in Feb '99 here.

By thew way, gasbuddy.com is a good place to check prices anywhere in 
the US or Canada.
