NXXX  indicates US, and a Navy, Marine or Coast Guard unit. Probably a 
ship, as Navy assigns NXXX
callsigns to ships. So maybe it's a type of ship.

NXXX also indicates an US aircraft registration, so it may be some sort 
of airplane.

So NVIS is probably the USS Kerblam AOB-555 Ordnance Transport.

I still don't know what this has to do with antennas. Maybe the Navy is 
gonna take up bombing antennas.
In that case, I've got a long list of foreign station for them to bomb.
