[IRCA] DX Test Results

I heard nothing of the test on 990 in Watkinsville, Georgia on the Drake R8B 
with the 135' N/S Wire or my Sangean ATS 909. There was a rather weak mix of 
stations with WNOX in Knoxville, TN being the most "dominant." Thanks for 
the test and I'll give it another shot another day.
