The FM is successful, so I'm sure that'll remain, along with the call letters.
My guess is that when this goes through, Family Radio will then sell their flagship FM, KEAR, and get a ton of money for it.
I'd think the first step in that direction would be KFRC-AM becoming KEAR-AM.
