The other big news out of SF is that the 49ers games will now be on KNBR/KTCT, not KGO, where they have been for the last 18 years.

I read yesterday that KFRC has been sold to Family Radio, which has a religious FM outlet in San Francisco.  According to the source, their plan is to take KFRC non-commercial...I am assuming that it will turn into another religious station.

 

If anyone needs KFRC reception, verification or airchecks, now may be an excellent time lest it change in the near future.
