John's section in CDXR looking back 25 years gives the reader a glimpse into what was going on in IRCA back then...I've been DXing for 23 years now. I remember being a casual AM listener 25 years ago, tuning in the 50 kW Class I-A (now Class A) AM stations from outside the St. Louis area; what got me hooked on DXing was hearing Radio Moscow on 600 kHz via Urbano Noris, Cuba.
