Yes, it ended up being a false alarm. WBAL 1090 is putting out spikes 1082
and 1098 (8 kHz on each side of the main carrier) for some reason. I thought the
spike was a real carrier. Since I saw it later in the day, it was not. Oh well.
No, I did not notice an increase in strength on 1566 at 1230. I guess they
had faded by then. At least there was a trace.
