IRCA Krazy Krew,

I doubt the wisdom of sending questions about Cuban jammers to Arnie Coro. That would be putting him the
spot. Jamming transmitters are against ITU regs., and I'd suppose that the Cubans wouldn't want to publi-
cize their jammers anyhow.

So Arnie would likely either have to deny knowledge of jammers in Cuba (a lie); or if he does he may get
himself in a passel of trouble.

Has anyone here ever exchanged e-mail with Arnie?
