I heard the CW tones sent at 4 different times by WISN over the full period,
easily cutting through super-dominant CKWX.
I listened the full 55 minutes to KEVA's test, where the CW tones were sent
every minute for the entire test! They easily cut through the general
channel clutter, at times fading up to a solid signal. At no time did I hear
any trace of voice announcements, if any were made. The last tones were sent
some 37 seconds after the scheduled 55 minute end time, being abruptly
cutoff at 00:55:37 MST. The fast CW tones were much easier heard than the
slow ones when the signal was down in a fade.
Equipment was an AOR AR-7030 with E/W longwire antenna.
