[IRCA] NEED INFO ON WTTB and WSSP Tests

If at all possible, we need to confirm if these stations will be testing
this weekend (or at other times) ASAP. We'd like to get information
posted to the various e-mail lists, web sites, and news groups to
insure the widest possible audience. 

Believe it or not, there is even a mailing list devoted to logging
nothing but graveyard stations who are very interested! Thanks
again to the staff of these stations for considering a test.
