[IRCA] 530, sounds like WWIV? Mt. Kisco

I've been listening to a very strong SS on 530, S9+30.   TOH announced in EE WWIV? followed by a second ID I think, and mention of Mt. Kisco (NY, I'd quess). 

 

Went by too fast and I wasn't expecting it.  Have the recorder going now, but not then, of course.

 

Any of this make any sense?

 

I'm new to this so it may be obvious.  I'll apologize in advance if I've wasted everybody's time.
