Mike,

A good question. An inspector in Portland e mailed KRXR, as he could not
hear the station in Portland with KBMS also on 1480. The station
answered saying they always drop power. I guess the inspector believed
KRXR as he e mailled me back telling me. The FCC sure is not what it
used to be.
