[IRCA] ZIZ 555 TOH Sounder?

Reviewing recordings from last night's attempt to log ZIZ 555khz (Thanks for 
the
DX Tip, Gerry Bishop!) Very faint audio, as usual here. Central Alabama must 
be
inside their skip zone too, as I almost never get good levels.

Right at the TOH at 0100 AM CST, I have what sounds like a brief "sounder"
with a high speed "R" in Morse Code (dit dah dit) followed by a "swish" 
sound
and then a male, heavily accented announcer, but I can't actually make out 
an
ID.

Does this sound like ZIZ?
