[IRCA] Re: New MW QSL

I did not really have any trouble  getting a QSL per se. I sent my
report to Jim as I always do, but he took that long to reply! He forgot
about it I guess. I did get an e mail from him in 2003 when he got my
report, but never replied until now. Yes, I knew the station was gone. I
am pleased  with this QSL.  Too bad I was not DXing back in the 50s. I
could have logged and QSL'd them under KSBW the orginial calls. But I
have them under KTOM and KZFX.  I attended the 91 IRCA convention in
Monterrey hosted by Jim and his wife.
