[IRCA] DX Tips for WDXR

With KFBK off/on carrier, tones, I did log two new ones.

1530    KGBT    TX, Harlingen, fair with SS at ID at 0456 EST 1/24 "KGBT
Harlingen" along with a lot of other stations on their Network, QRM from
another SS and a Southern Preacher, KFBK off/on etc. New. (PM-OR)

1530    KZNX    TX, Creedmoor, good on top with ESPN Sports and ID at
0559.45 EST 1/24.
"ESPN KWNX Taylor and KZNX Creedmoor. ESPN 1260 and 1530"
Cluster of local spots at 0602-0605 EST. New!  Thanks to KFBK being off.
