[IRCA] Is WAMS 1260 really on the air?

Is WAMS 1260 on the air?  I heard a dual-ID for WKEN and WAMS 
when I listened to WKEN at 1200 1/22.  Can someone confirm if 
they are on the air?  I tried for them in WWRC's null, but did not 
hear a signal.
