[IRCA] Re: [dxtip] WABC 770 Off (12:54am)

I am 183 miles SE of WABC and they are a normal daytime station 
here.  Right now 1454 EST, I am hearing a mixture of stations 
including what sounds like WABC with a significantly weaker than 
normal signal.  Are they on, but with reduced power?
