[IRCA] Mailing address for KFSG 1690khz

I'm trying to arrange a DX test with KFSG 1690khz. Does anyone have
a current mailing address for the station?

Also, is Michael Ortega still the Chief Engineer there? Anyone have a 
personal
contact with the station that might help to arrange the test?
