[IRCA] KZNS-1280

A couple of weeks ago while driving home, KZNS-1280 (The Zone) Salt Lake
City was overriding KIT and KLDY. I thought it was just a quirk. However, it
is dominating again tonight here at home. 600 watts seems unlikely,
especially with that null in my direction. Never noted before.

Go get 'em.
