I have Dish and I do get the music services on Sirius free in the
package. Unfortunately they do not have any talk services. If you want
the whole thing you have to sub to Sirius and buy the receiver. Having a
big dish also I have other music services too. I don't think Sirius is
any better than any of the others, since I get so many anyway. But again
I would not pay extra for Sirius on Dish. It is just included.
