[IRCA] WXCT Test

In listening back to my tape, I do find at least one sweet tone between
0003 and 0004 EST. I was getting a squeal from TVI, but at times, the
squeal was cut into by what sounded like slow morse code. So far this is
what I have detected from the cassette, but boy was it weak!!! I am
going to at least try a tape. I hope he has good ears. I have no idea
what else it could have been. CBW were poor to the East tonight. per cx
that KAZ mentioned earlier, but I was getting a Radio Disney during a
lot of the period, probably Orlando.  I just wish cx were not so AU this
time around. A dxer has to have good ears in this hobby. That is for
sure.
