RE: [IRCA] DX Tests not heard in NE Oregon

Since there originally seemed to be some misunderstanding as to the dates of
the DX Tests, I am wondering if the WXCT test is actually tonight.  In many
sources listed both as 1/9, while my WFIL test was actually 1/8.  I'm going
to try to null out WNTP here at home tonight and listen for WXCT at midnight
and see if I hear anything.
