[IRCA] WD2XXM is audible in hybrid mode

Right now 12/31 0847 WD2XXM, Frederick, Maryland is 
broadcasting in IBOC Hybrid mode.  If you have not heard them yet, 
this may be a good chance to hear a clear ID. They are playing old 
pop music and other random music with IDs in between.
