[IRCA] A final note about KSTE/650 downtime last week

I just got done sending a thank you note to KSTE's engineering group for letting me know about their scheduled downtime, and my resulting ability to pass the word on in advance here.  I would assume they have little interest in DXers (maybe I'm wrong), but a thank you note sometimes makes a lasting difference.

 

After sending that note, I thought I would write a note here as well.  If you have time, call a station in your area that you really wish would be quiet for just one night, and see if they have any outages scheduled.  Sometimes a call can yield unexpected results, and if you manage to find out some good info you can pass on, a thank you goes a long way.
