[IRCA] WTLK 1570/WACB 860

1570 WTLK NC, Taylorsville, Dec 22 2204 - ID by male as 'You are listening Easy 86 WACB Tayslorsville.' (WACB and WTLK are in the same town and owned by Apple Broadcasting.  This could be an intentional simulcast or it could be that someone flipped the wrong switch.  The FCC says WTLK is on 1570.) This was followed by an something by Alexander's Funeral Service.  O/all.  (wjh-MD).

Could someone shed some more light on the way this stations identified?
