[IRCA] CKLC off

Last night CKLC, a pest here in Maryland, was off the air and so there was an 
opportunity for logging stations in their absence.  I had my automated recorder going 
all night at the TOH for legal IDs etc.  I listened to the channel since getting up at 
about 0445 and presumed WMTD with its Groovy 94.1 slogan seems to be the 
dominant. WMTD is listed as daytime only and as Newstalk. More later once I have 
had a chance to examine the clips.
