I think this is meaningless in terms of occupancy of 600kHz. That's a nice
fat signal which surely will be gobbled up by other Vancouver 1320, 1410 or
1470 stations. And yes, 93.1 is not a great frequency with Bellingham (a
superpowered class C) banging away at 92.9.
