with country music. ID that sounds like 'Golden Country' WKSK. (wjh-MD)
610 CKTB, ON, St. Catharines, 12/6 0033 - Encore presentation of Art Bell on Coast
to Coast. ID as 'The Voice of the Niagara, CKTB' and 'Your news and information
leader, Newstalk CKTB.' o/WIP and the rest. New for me. (wjh-MD)
750 CBGY, NF, Bonavista, 12/5 2355 - Noted // to 1070 with piano and instrumental
music u/WSB and UI Latino. Strong northern enhancement tonight. (wjh-MD)
770 WKFB, PA, Jeanette, 12/5 1650 - 60s-70s oldies and then sign off at 1700.
Gave WLWL trouble in a nulled WABC. New here. (wjh-MD)
790 CIGM, ON, Sudbury, 12/3 1020 - Daytime reception. Fairly strong through
WEAB with CW music. ID at 1026 which said in part, 'AM 7-90 CIGM.' (wjh-MD)
830 KOTC, MO, Kennett, 12/4 1235 - Midday reception. A man, in between songs,
spoke about the music he was playing and used the slogan 'Cotton Country, your
brand of country.' In o/another UI country station and WEEU. One of my best
midday receptions ever. (wjh-MD)
860 WOAY, WV, Oak Hill, 12/6 2258 - Spot for gambler's help, 'Family Radio
weather forecast' by a female, ID by male as 'WOAY, Oak Hill-Beckley.' Into network
program. (wjh-MD)
920 CKNX, ON, Wingham, 12/3 1052 - Daytime reception. String of local ads and ID
at 1055. Followed by a country song. Fair in WPHY semi-null. (wjh-MD)
960 WILT, PA, Mt. Pocono, 12/6 1900 - Popped through the QRM with an ID by a
man as 'WILT .... Mt. Pocono.' Heard some oldies before TOH that could have been
them. (wjh-MD)
970 WCHN, NY, Norwich, 12/8 1617 - Heard an ID by a male announcer as 'AM 9-70
WCHN' in between a couple of oldies. (wjh-MD)
1160 WABY, NY, Mechanicville, 12/7 0500 - Heard ID through the QRM as follows -
'Playing American Standards and more. This is where you get it all on Moon Radio,
WABY Mechanicville, WUAM Sarasota Springs, a member of the Anastos Media

1160 WSKW, ME, Skowhegan, 12/8 0528 - O/all w/ID by male as 'The Score, AM
11-60, WSKW' into ESPN network feed. Surpisingly strong. (wjh-MD)
1170 WCLN, NC, Clinton, 12/3 1400 - Midday reception. Came through over nulled
WWVA with legal ID and mentions of broadcasting on cable. Into a program called
'Country Store' - a call-in flea market type show. (wjh-MD)
1210 WILY IL, Centralia, 12/5 1625 - Color Radar Weather - Hi 54, lo 37. 'Big 12-10
AM' Slogan and ID right before pop song. (wjh-MD)
1260 CKHJ, NB, Fredrickton, 12/6 2203 - Weather forecast. Low minus 19. Possibly
snow and freezing rain tomorrow. ID which mentioned FM frequencies and finished
with 'an Astromedia Radio property, today's country KHJ.' (wjh-MD)
1390 WNIO, OH, Youngstown, 12/8 1658 - Popped in with ID by male as '... It's
Santa's big season ... America's best Christmas music from 13-90 WNIO' in between
Christmas songs. O/all. (wjh-MD)
1440 WJAE ME, Westbrook, 12/5 0925 - On audio clip heard, 'WJAB 14-40,' 'the
Jab,' and 'Sporting News Radio' through the mess. Legal call is WJAE per FCC list
and a couple other on-line references. (wjh-MD)
1450 WREL, VA, Lexington, 12/7 1935 - Weather forecast by a male, ID by same
male as 'Newstalk 14-50 WREL,' another ID by another man as 'Your news talk and
information station, 14-50 WREL,' and finally a UI syndicated program. (wjh-MD)
1450 WKXW NJ, Atlantic City, 12/6 1500 - Popped in with a TOH ID by male 'WKXW
14-50 Atlantic City.' QRM from WOL, WILM, WTHU etc. (wjh-MD)
1450 WCTC NJ, New Brunswick, 12/8 1800 - ID by male as '51 degrees and partly
cloudy ... New Jersey ... 14-50 WCTC New Brunswick.' O/all for at least a few
seconds. (wjh-MD)
1490 WOLF, NY, Syracuse, 12/5 0735 - Heard a promotion for WOLF AM and FM, a
spot for a program called 'Flashback,' a spot of 'Radio Disney Days,' and a 'Radio
Disney 14-90' ID in the mess. Heard a Radio Disney related programming at other

1490 WFAD, VT, Middlebury, 12/3 1700 - ID by man as '... Good Times Oldies
WFAD Middlebury.' The town name was in the mush, but there if you carefully listen.
This was followed by ABC News. (wjh-MD)
1490 WCDO, NY, Sidney, 12/5 0800 - In the mess on the audio clip, the only thing
heard was a man popping in with an ID as 'WCDO.' (wjh-MD)
